Biography

Dr. Sarah Blake is faculty in the Department of Health Policy and Management. Dr. Blake is currently the director of the Long-Term Care Portal Expansion Project, part of the Emory PERRC Translation and Dissemination Initiative. Dr. Blake was a co-investigator with the Improving Disaster Planning for Nursing Home, Home Health, and Dialysis Providers project within the Emory PERRC in conjunction with Dr. David Howard. Dr. Blake has experience in long-term care public health preparedness and her areas of interest include Maternal, Adolescent, and Child Health, Cancer Prevention, Evaluation, Health Policy, and Public Health Preparedness and Response.
