Biography
Dr. David Howard is a faculty member in the Department of Health Policy and Management. Dr. Howard is currently a co-investigator with the Long-Term Care Portal Expansion Project, part of the Emory PERRC Translation and Dissemination Initiative. Dr. Howard was the director of the Emory PERRC project for Improving Disaster Planning for Nursing Home, Home Health, and Dialysis Providers. A health economist by training, Dr. Howard’s research employs economics and statistics to better understand physician decision-making and its implications for public policy.
